本套沙金設(shè)備為小型移動(dòng)式沙金車，是青州冠誠重工機(jī)械有限公司獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)制作的小型沙金分離設(shè)備，通過售后服務(wù)、用戶回訪等渠道不斷完善改進(jìn)，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)成為一種先進(jìn)成熟的小型移動(dòng)沙金設(shè)備；
該移動(dòng)沙金車可以使用小型挖掘機(jī)、裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式，適用于沙金礦、巖金尾礦等大部分地選金場(chǎng)合。

【該移動(dòng)沙金車特點(diǎn)】
1、上料方式可以使用小型挖掘機(jī)或裝載機(jī)等多種上料方式。
2、移動(dòng)靈活方便：采用可轉(zhuǎn)向設(shè)計(jì)，可以原地180度轉(zhuǎn)向。
3、輪胎全部采用實(shí)心叉車胎，耐磨耐用。
4、滾筒篩內(nèi)部增加了多條鉸刀，增加了約一倍物料篩選行程，極大的增加了鉸洗、篩分工作效率。
5、針對(duì)供水系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化：
   上料斗內(nèi)部沖水負(fù)責(zé)首次沖洗物料并且推送物料進(jìn)入滾筒篩內(nèi)；
   滾筒篩中央沖水負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行主要的沖洗工作；
    滾筒篩側(cè)沖水負(fù)責(zé)沖洗滾筒篩外部細(xì)篩網(wǎng)，防止堵孔。
6、集成度高，本輛移動(dòng)沙金車集成了鉸洗、篩分功能、分水器、柴油發(fā)電機(jī)于一體，只需要外接供水管道便 可正常工作。
7、擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)：可以附加振動(dòng)溜槽/鼓動(dòng)溜槽、離心機(jī)等選金設(shè)備提高回收率。

   Water washing: washing on top of hopper the then pushing the mixture to flow to the screen,washing inmiddle of screen which is the most principal,washing in screen outside it can clean the materila carefully and invoid the gamblingplug.
   The movable gold trommel screen machine contained the reamer separating,water separating and diesel power,it works only need connecting the water
    It can be works with centrifuge concentrator,sulice,gold chute etc.
